DIRECTOR of LIVE PRODUCTION — Now Hiring

We’re hiring a director to lead an original audio drama, live with audience participation this fall and continuing into podcast production.

Scope of work:

  • Rehearsal direction, weekly sessions leading up to the festival
  • Creative collaboration on staging for a live, audience-immersive audio drama format
  • Presence across all four performances (dates TBA shortly)
  • Direction for the Episode 3 studio recording session (no audience)

Compensation: $600, covering the full engagement above.

SONGWRITER — Now Hiring

We’re commissioning one original theme song for The Ferment, an audio drama series set in a near-future Pacific Free State.

Scope of work:

  • Write and produce one original theme song matching the tone of the series
  • Vocal performance preferred but not required — if you don’t perform yourself, we’re open to collaborating on a vocalist together

Compensation: $300, covering writing, production, and full rights for use across the live production and podcast distribution.

SOUND designer / editor — Now Hiring

We’re hiring a sound director/designer to lead the audio identity of an original audio drama, live in front of an audience this October and continuing into podcast production.

Scope of work:

  • Pre-production sound design and creative collaboration
  • Live sound direction and recording across four performances (dates TBA soon)
  • Recording session for Episode 3 (studio, no audience)
  • Post-production audio editing for Episodes 1–3
  • Supplemental equipment needs (coordinate)

Compensation: Negotiable, based on proposed scope. Please submit a quote covering the full engagement above, itemized if possible (e.g., pre-production, live performances (4 at 1 hr. ea.), post-production).
